Hello, my name is Melissa Crites and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and ICRT Reiki Master at Serenity Studio, LLC,  in LaGrange, Kentucky.

                

I personally came to massage and Reiki due to an illness that I had. When receiving massage therapy and Reiki treatments I could see and feel what wonderful benefits they had for me.  I was so impressed and excited by my progress that I decided I wanted to become a Licensed Massage Therapist and eventually a Reiki Master.

I received my massage therapy training at Louisville School of Massage, Louisville, Kentucky. While there, I trained in many modalities: swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, comfort touch, pre-natal massage and others. I then went on to study Reiki and I received my Reiki education through the International Center for Reiki Training in Southfield, Michigan.  

It is my mission to get my clients feeling their best so that they can enjoy life's blessings.
